Tropical Storm Paula
Current forecasts show Tropical Storm Paula slowly heading north, and then stalling, remaining in a sort of purgatory somewhere west of Key West, for days and days and days, before slowly moving north again. That’s very unusual behavior for a tropical storm. So, we’ll have to keep an eye on it.
