At Sacramento Executive Airport, the storm total so far seems to be 2.12 inches. We are 179% of normal, so far, for the water year (which starts July 1st). Wow!This winter's precipitation pattern in California keeps getting clearer and clearer: North of Fresno, everything is great. South of Fresno, everything is a disaster.
