Services for Barb Heirigs were held at S.S. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Rocklin, CA.
Large, yet warm, church interior.The service began with a simple, yet moving tribute: Students and former students of the schools Barb volunteered at were asked to bring a single flower forward to her casket. A large number of young people responded accordingly. Indeed, the audience was very youthful; surprisingly youthful: a testament to the impact Barb had on the students of Rocklin.
Phil Heirigs. The community turned out not only to honor Barb, but to support Phil as best as we could at this difficult time.
Interment at Roseville Cemetery.
