Here are two videos from the 64th Annual Japanese Food & Cultural Bazaar, August 15, 2010.
Sally's Japanese folk dance group (named Sakura Minyo Do Ko Kai) performed at the festival. Most of the dances involved a lot of participants. This dance, however, involved just two dancers:

I hadn't seen Dwight O. for a long time (rarely, since we used to do ballet at Sally's studio in the early 90's), and I was surprised to learn he volunteers with Sacramento Taiko Dan now.
The English name of the piece is "Camellias At Full Bloom" (referring to samuari warriors falling in battle at the peak of their strength, but also referring to Sacramento's official flower). The Japanese name is something like "Tsubaki no ha ka zakadi" (unfortunately I don't speak Japanese).
