Apparently it didn't touch ground (thank goodness, since I might have been in its path, living just downwind, in Sacramento.) Here is the video link from KXTV Channel 10.

The troublesome weather has already blown through Elk Grove. Most of the current trouble is now in El Dorado Hills/Folsom on one hand, and Stockton on the other hand.
