The recent rains have been helpful. Sacramento Executive Airport went from 60% of a normal rainy season to 73%, with more coming next Thursday, so we can keep catching up.This rainy season is shaping up like the 2015-16 season, when we ended up with 91% of normal. Northern California is escaping the worst. The American Southwest is particularly hard-hit by drought this season.
