Happy 28th Birthday, Kim Kardashian!

Friday, October 24th was Kim Kardashian's birthday celebration, and she held a party at the LAX nightclub in the Luxor casino in Las Vegas. I happened to be passing by when she came out for photos by the ravenous celebrity press.

But who, exactly, is Kim Kardashian? I know her vaguely as a pal of Paris Hilton, and famous for being famous (here's more from Wikipedia). Since I don't watch TV, I was unaware till this moment of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
