Money, At The Half-Century Mark

Wasn't it Herbert Hoover who said (paraphrasing):
In America, if you aren't a millionaire by the age of forty, you just aren't trying very hard.
And that was back in the 20's, when a million dollars really meant something!

Well, I turn fifty this week, but I know, if I just apply myself, I can reach that magic number before retirement.
