Why don't the anti-global-warming folks have more credibility with their mainstream scientific opponents? Well, their exploitative tendency to grab any contrarian argument works against them. After a while, holding so many different, often-contradictory positions, they become blithering idiots:
...for some critics, any argument will do - regardless of its coherence with the argument they had before, or the one they will pick next.
