Quick Summary:

(From imdb) On the run from a lethal assassin, a wily con artist devises a scheme to hide out inside a small-town police station-but when the hitman turns up at the precinct, an unsuspecting rookie cop finds herself caught in the crosshairs.

I didn't have high hopes for what seemed to be just another cop movie, but I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. Really quite good! I guess Gerard Butler is improving over time. Nevertheless, I wasn't able to determine a few key locations - the cliffs at the start and the Gun Creek Police Station especially.

Mesas and cliffs - Unfortunately, I don't know where this is. It sure looks like the cliffs at San Ysidro, but it doesn't quite work. So, it's someplace else, but probably from the same geologic formation.
