Intriguing Tropical Storm Forecast

Mother Nature almost never cooperates with these things, but the latest NVG forecast suggests Hurricane Lowell would come right up the west coast of Baja and collide into California around Santa Barbara. I hope it comes true, because it would mean rain, but like I said, Mother Nature almost never cooperates with these things.
