On Saturday, Jan, Steve, Dannette, Stacy, and I went to celebrate my 57th birthday at the Buckhorn Café in Winters.I had never been to the Buckhorn. I was taken aback by the prices, but there was no arguing that the food was excellent. I ended up spending $60 once all the damage was tallied up.

The rack of lamb was excellent, but the real delight was the Cream of Mushroom soup, which was just amazing!
