We have about a month left in the California rainy season. Despite the late start for rainfall, Sacramento Executive Airport is running about 25% above normal for the water year (since Oct. 1st).
It's been a pretty good winter for California, and much of the Southwest U.S. There is still intense drought in the San Juan Basin of northwest New Mexico, but conditions have eased almost everywhere else.
