Roseville Police arrested a woman Wednesday, accused of stealing a shopping cart full of 65 Stanley cups, valued at nearly $2,500.
According to police, the 23-year-old woman stole them from a store in the 6000 block of Stanford Ranch Road in Roseville Wednesday. An officer saw and pulled over the woman's car as it entered Highway 65 from Galleria Boulevard.
