Santorum's Arrogance Towards Gays

The Rick Santorum scandal, featuring arrogant, noxious comments aimed at gays, and a possible bind for the Republican party, seems to be fading, but for the life of me, I can't figure out why. Where is the outrage? Or is it STILL OK in America to diss gays? Never mind, I know that answer....
