It took about a month, but the repaving project looks complete. The State of California took a fully-functional parking lot, and transformed it into a fully-functional parking lot. There's now a curb on the north side next to the cemetery, and there are now more parking barriers, so it's harder to simply drive into the parking lot from the alley. I've already marred the beautiful white finish on one of the newly-painted parking barriers. Clumsy parking. Pity.
