(Image by Rachel Rycerz, taken on I-80 westbound.)Missed the tornado by a few minutes! We saw a tendril descend from the clouds, but it soon disappeared. The tornado just north of Davis had already occurred by the time this photo was taken. Surprisingly good visibility, though, under the circumstances.
