On Thursday, June 8th, I took Jack and Audrey roller skating at Sunrise Rollerland. A lot of fun. I'm slowly getting better at it. On my final exit from the floor, I fell on my lower back, dinging muscles used in rotating the hips (what they call "wining" in Jamaican Dancehall. Later that evening, Jamaican Dancehall class was painful, with all the wining converted to torture, but I somehow survived.
