I saw this sticker today in the Sutter Hospital parking garage, and posted it in the "Useless, Unsuccessful, and/or Unpopular Signage" Facebook Group with the comment: "Don't dally at the hospital." It turns out to be a very popular post: so far, 24 shares and 623 views. Apparently it was a well-recognized meme for people nostalgic for the 2007-2012 Internet - "Charlie the Unicorn."
