The Atlantic City, N.J., casinos bearing Donald Trump's name returned to bankruptcy court, in what could be the last effort to save the beleaguered properties.
...Tuesday's filing by Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. attempts, among other things, to halt a lawsuit by Mr. Trump asking a New Jersey court to remove his name from the casinos.
"Mr. Trump brilliantly left Atlantic City more than seven years ago and has not been back. Mr. Trump has absolutely nothing to do with Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc.," Michael Cohen, a lawyer for the real-estate mogul, said in a prepared statement.
