We are in receipt of your counter notification letter regarding:

Upon presenting the original complainant with your counter notification letter, they have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to further restrain your allegedly infringing activity. If we do not receive such notice from the original complainant in 10 days, we will permit you to reinstate the material in question. In addition if we do not receive further notice from the original complainant we will clear your account of the offence in question.
