Sally joined an ongoing Japanese folk dancing class and is trying to ramp up to the class' level, so she asked if I could shoot video of the class so she could later view the video at home and puzzle out the moves at her leisure. So, after a vigorous and exhausting step aerobics class at Step One, I headed over to the Nihei hall and videotaped one-and-a-half hours of class. Now, to put it a form she can access....
